When Jean-Philippe Croteau started his company (C-technique Inc.), a partnership with Protech Business Solutions Inc. (Protech) came naturally. Protech’s vision of customer service and its integrity were at the heart of both companies’ visions. Jean Doucet, President of Protech, therefore suggested founding Protech Plus Business Solutions Inc. to add the technical publications component to its portfolio of services.
